Chicago-Based Division to Provide Technology
Consulting and Outsourcing Services to Healthcare and Commercial
Clients Nationwide

- Verifax Resources, Inc., headquartered in Jacksonville,

services division called Servantis.
The new division will provide a broad portfolio
